Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned unworn, free of makeup ,deodorant or any stains within 15 business days upon receipt for a EXCHANGE ONLY for a item of equal or lesser value. Tags if any, should not be detached from garments. Once your return is received, we will process a STORE CREDIT! Most products are in high demand so the item that you originally ordered may not be in stock.
Order Cancellations! Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed due to fast processing times. If you need to return an item you may do so once your order is received . You can return a item within 15 days for a STORE CREDIT only.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
